    for Courses at Inspection Works AS

    The course fee includes the course and course materials, lunches and coffee/snacks (only for classroom training), as well as the FROSIO examination fee and the certificate. If cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellations made less than 7 business days before the course start date, the full course fee will be charged. The entire course fee must be paid before the course begins. Inspection Works AS will issue an invoice for the course fee in advance, with a payment deadline of 10 days from the invoice date. Failure to pay will result in the participant being denied access to the course.

    Inspection Works AS reserves the right to cancel a course if circumstances arise that make it impossible to conduct the course, such as insufficient participants, illness, damage, or technical failure of necessary equipment. Inspection Works AS also reserves the right to interrupt an ongoing course if such circumstances arise or if unforeseen incidents occur that prevent the course from continuing as planned. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be notified without undue delay.

    Paid course fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, the participant will be transferred to a new course on a later date, as agreed upon with the participant. Inspection Works AS accepts no liability for additional costs incurred by the participant in connection with the course, such as travel, accommodation, or similar expenses.

    By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant confirms that they have read and understood the terms for participating in courses organized by Inspection Works AS.
